The hotel offers ski equipment rental discounts.
Our experience was frustrating. Communication was a nightmare. The hotel was unreachable by phone or email when we attempted to confirm our stay. On arrival, we were shocked to find no parking space available, forcing us to park about 1km away.

Well-maintained hotel with private parking and excellent location close to the ski lifts. Location near to La Plagne where the rooms were good, other public areas, and the cheapest parking in town. For tea or coffee visit The Corner nearby...

Location just next door to Le Diva, the ski lifts and most bars in Val Claret. Well laid out room with comfortable bed and a safe box, a hair dryer, and a balcony.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay feel warm and inviting.
The room we received was cramped and not the 'premium' room we had booked, disappointing.

Hotel is in a fantastic location for access to the Grande Motte glacier. We were summer skiing and it is only about 100m to the funicular. The facilities were all good, the staff were helpful, expecially Clare on reception. Food was also good - dinner and breakfast are good quality and excellent value for money. Hotel also has secure underground car parking.

Close to the skiing area
The rooms are absolutely too small. The hotel is crowded by youth and kids, to me it seemed like an expensive youth hostel.

I certainly expected a warm welcome gift for my troubles, but that seems to be too much to ask. I'm honestly shocked they dare call this a three-star hotel.

Had a fantastic 4-night stay with loads of great food options, especially the varied breakfasts! I really enjoyed the sauna and wellness area to relax after a long day on the slopes. A bit of a hassle with parking being a distance away, but it didn't overshadow the fun we had. 😊

The food, the location, their new red carpet in the hall, the service, kind staff, comfort for the ski club event with the meeting room.
Our room no. 206 was not ready when we arrived, there was a plumer in the room at 6pm when we arrived (we should have arrived at 2pm and arrived 4 hours late), and even so it was not100 % ready as there was a plumber in the bathroom reparing a wc water noise... And our room was on top of hte bar, and so it was noisy, the tv had a sign come on and it was anoying. THere was a group of kids like 8 years old very noisy on my floor... Anoying... Unpolite kids who did not let you out of hte lift with your luggage and dashed in the lift.

The bar area feels cluttered at busy times. The entertainment team provides lively performances that enhance the overall stay. Rooms are cramped, especially for families. No complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.
-
missingWrote a review on 30 Marcramped rooms
Rooms felt cramped, especially for a family of four, offering limited space for gear and personal belongings. Slow service in the dining area often left guests waiting for table availability and replenishments of food. A lack of daily room cleaning and inadequate sound insulation resulted in some disturbances, while the atmosphere felt quite lively, bordering on noisy during evening entertainment.
